Ahead of “Magnum P.I.’s” Season 5 premiere, Jay Hernandez exclusively took producer and guest correspondent Emily Orozco out for a spin on the Hawaii set! The actor reflected on what it was like to have so much fan support to revive the show on NBC after its CBS cancelation. Plus, he and Perdita Weeks – whose characters Magnum and Higgins are finally taking things to the next level in Season 5 – revealed that shooting an upcoming shower scene wasn’t so steamy in real life! “When you’re doing it in front of 40 people on the crew, there’s nothing sexy about,” Jay quipped. “Magnum P.I.” Season 5 debuts Feb. 19 at 9/8c on NBC.
