Millie Bobby Brown is shutting down the increased scrutiny surrounding her appearance. The “Stranger Things” star took to Instagram on Mar. 3 in a vulnerable three-minute video. “I want to take a moment to address something that I think is bigger than just me. Something that affects every young woman who grows up under public scrutiny,” the 21-year-old began, before naming several writers who scrutinized her appearance in online articles. “This isn’t journalism. This is bullying,” she said. Millie goes on to call out the stories for dissecting her appearance and says she will not apologize for growing up, adding, “I will not be shamed for how I look.”
