Prince Andrew Requests Jury Trial In Virginia Giuffre Lawsuit, Denies Abuse Claims In New Filing

Prince Andrew’s legal team has answered the lawsuit filed by Virginia Giuffre, a woman who alleges that he sexually abused her when she was a minor. The Duke of York’s lawyers submitted their legal response on Wednesday. In the documents, which were obtained by Access Hollywood, Andrew denied all of the allegations against him and requested a jury trial should the case not be dismissed.
