Hall as the Robin Hood of serial killers, Dexter, in the new prequel series, “Dexter: Original Sin.” Sarah Michelle Gellar and Patrick Dempsey also star in the show, and fans are excited for McDreamy and Buffy Summers to share the screen! Sarah told Access Hollywood guest correspondent Emily Orozco about her #McBuff hashtag for their “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” pairing, and she also revealed what their dream crossover show would be about!
