Sarah Palin’s daughter, Willow, is going to be a mom of three. On Sunday, the 27-year-old revealed in an Instagram video that she is pregnant with her third child, a boy. “Been keeping this guy a little bit of a secret, one more week and we’ll be halfway with our BOY,” she captioned the sentimental post. Willow and her husband Ricky Bailey welcomed twin girls, Banks and Blaise, in November 2019.
