Shakira Faces 8-Year Prison Sentence & $24 Million Fine In Spain Over Tax Fraud Charges
Shakira could be facing jail time. The pop star has been charged with failing to pay the Spanish government $15 million dollars in taxes on income earned between 2012 to 2014. If found guilty of alleged tax evasion, she could face a hefty fine and a prison sentence, according to the Associated Press.
