Sharon Osbourne Details Ozzy Osbourne’s Final Moments In Emotional Piers Morgan Interview

Sharon Osbourne is opening up about Ozzy Osbourne’s final moments. During a Dec. 10 appearance on “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” the former “X Factor” judge recalled the days leading up to her husband’s death, as well as how he passed. The mom of three explained that Ozzy was having “vivid dreams” the last week of his life and requested an intimate moment with her the night before he died. “Oh, you know, up and down to the bathroom all night. And it was like 4:30 and he said, ‘wake up,’” she shared, adding, “And he said, ‘kiss me.’ And then he said, ‘hug me tight.’” She went on to reveal that the singer went to work out the next morning and then had a heart attack. “He went downstairs, worked out for 20 minutes and passed away,” she said, adding that she heard “screaming in the house” and “instantly” knew he was “gone.” Plus, the 73-year-old shared that Ozzy was “terribly ill” and knew his final show could take a fatal toll, telling Piers, “The main doctor said to him, ‘If you do this show, that’s it. You’re not going to get through it.’” However, Sharon then recalled how high his spirits were after the show. “He was so happy, Piers, afterwards. And he kept looking at the papers and he goes to me, ‘I never knew so many people liked me.’ But that was the way he was. I mean, he knew he was famous, but not to the amount that people loved him. It’s a whole different thing. And he was just so happy. So, so happy,” she said in part.
