UnitedHealthcare CEO Killing: Police Believe Person Of Interest Has Left New York City

The person of interest in the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson may have already left New York City on bus, police told CNN. NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny told the outlet on Friday that investigators believe the suspected shooter got in a cab to a Port Authority bus station near 178th Street and Broadway. Kenny said, “Those buses are interstate buses. That’s why we believe he may have left New York City.”
