Usher Stops Serenading Gabrielle Union & Jokes It’s Because Of Dwyane Wade: ‘I Ain’t Crazy’

It’s all love in this club for Usher and Dwayne Wade. On September 25, the “Yeah” singer abruptly stopped himself from singing his hit song “Boyfriend” to Gabrielle Union during his concert and joked about the reason why with her NBA superstar husband. “Well, he should know I’m pretty — okay let’s stop,” he joked. “Let’s not get carried away. This is Dwyane Wade, I ain’t crazy. That man will knock my whole head off and then dunk it. What’s up, king?” he said to the audience before greeting the famed basketball player. The couple were on hand at the 44-year-old’s residency at La Seine Musicale in Paris, and the “Confessions” singer jokingly seemed to hold back out of respect for his friend’s relationship. “Look, I don’t want no smoke…Night one in Paris,” he quipped in the caption of the clip posted to his Instagram.
