Tiger Woods’ Ex Sues Him For $30 Million, Files To End NDA Citing Law For Sexual Assault Disputes
Tiger Woods’ ex has filed a lawsuit against the golfer. Erica Herman filed a lawsuit to have a non-disclosure agreement from 2017, when she and the athlete began dating, nullified, per court documents obtained by Access Hollywood on Wednesday. Though no accusations of sexual assault have been made against Woods in the docs, they cite the federal Speak Out Act, which prohibits the courts form enforcing NDAs agreed to before a dispute involving sexual assault or sexual harassment arises.
