Why Virginia Giuffre’s Brother Claims She Couldn’t See Her Kids Before Tragic Death (Report)
More information is coming to light about Virginia Giuffre’s final months. The 41-year-old, who was one of the women who accused Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of alleged sexual abuse, died last week by suicide. Her family confirmed her passing in a statement to NBC News on April 25 but wouldn’t go into more detail about her shocking death. “We are still processing everything,” her sister-in-law, Amanda Roberts told People Magazine on April 26. However, leading up to her death her family claimed to the outlet that Giuffre was prevented from seeing her children. “It’s the worst pain in the world to not have access to your children,” her brother Sky Roberts told People in an interview on April 3. “Can you imagine the pain? I will tell you, all the physical (pain) will never amount to the pain of being separated from your children in that way,” he added. Roberts is seemingly referring to a family restraining order that Giuffre’s estranged husband Robert Giuffre reportedly filed. Guiffre allegedly violated the restraining order in February, according to multiple outlets, but she denied the claim. A rep for her told E! on April 2, “Virginia looks forward to defending herself against his malicious claim.” Although it’s unclear what led her estranged husband to reportedly file a restraining order, People reported that she first appeared in court on March 19 for allegedly breaching the order and didn’t enter a plea.
